Fourth consecutive week of accurate analysis in Super League
What a crazy weekend that was. Panionios demolished Platanias, Aris lost at home, first away win for Levadiakos, first away win for AEK and, Panathinaikos finally had a good performance. The only result I failed to see coming was the emphatic win of AEK but I seriously doubt they will repeat such a performance until the end of the season. The rest were available in the match previews. Super League makes more sense and I think you have understood that by now. Most of the results were more or less expected although it took some guts to bet against Aris and OFI.
Football League was insane once again. Too many draws occurred probably because the teams were thinking more of their midweek matches. Take my advice on this one; unless you have high a confidence pick, stay away from Football League matches. The differences between the clubs are not depicted in the odds offered by the bookmakers. This is why you see half of the teams capable for playoff and promotion placements. The way things are going, I am starting to believe we should wait for the second round to understand what is going on there.
There is only one Super League match left for Monday. Asteras Tripolis will try to get back to wins against Atromitos who comes from two good performances with an undefeated streak of five matches. The preview of that match will be available one hour before kickoff.
